2.  Sautéed Vegetables

Eww. Warm salad? Gross, why?

And fruit was definitely unheard of, don’t come anywhere near my lettuce with a strawberry.

I know, I was once a nonbeliever too but now I’m a changed woman and this is the way to go.

Because a warm salad can stand up so well to the fat in your cut, I feel it is the best side salad for steak.

Now a warm salad isn’t necessarily all warm. It’s mostly fresh with some warm ingredients.

  • Sliced radish
